We manage every aspect of the job, from groundworks and structural work through to plastering, electrics, plumbing, and final finishes. One team, start to finish.

It all depends on the scope and complexity of your project. We’ll give you a clear timeline as part of your fixed-price quote before work begins.
As a rough guide: house extensions typically run €2,000–€3,000 per m². Attic conversions start from around €1,600 per m², with a standard Velux conversion from €28,000, and a full dormer conversion from €40,000–€50,000. Garden rooms, built to new-build standard with a solid concrete base and full insulation, start from €28,000. These are ballpark figures only.
